Job Description

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for insurance documentary flow including Renewals, new Business and Claims.
2. Invoicing, registration, quotation input duties;
3. Mailing and banking duties;
4. Data input and filing for daily transactions;
5. Facilitate insurance service process between clients and insurers by phone call or email;
6. Provide administrative support to Sales Team;
7. Follow up insurers Policy / Endorsement issuance progress;
8. Undertake other duties as from time to time necessary to assist in the successful operation of the company

Requirements:
• Experience in General Insurance’s agents / brokers are more preferable, but not necessary
• IIQE qualification is preferred;
• Form 5 or above ; 1 year office clerical experience but not essential;
• Proficiency in PC Skills including MS-Word / Excel / PPT and Chinese word processing
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and willing to take up responsibility
• Work independently
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Immediate available is preferred
