Job Description

Location: Wan Chai

Mon to Fri 9:30-18:30

Bank Holiday, 14 days Annual Leave, Discretionery Bonus, Double Pay, Medical, Dental, Life insurance

 

Job Duties:

  • Perform KYC and client onboarding process
  • Collect account opening documents
  • Assist with Marketing campaigns and seminars
  • Carry out research and respond to clients’ inquiries
  • Maintain strong relationship with client base and identify service solutions that support client needs
  • Ability to recognize potential sales or service opportunities
  • Ability to prepare presentations
  • Perform daily operations, client service and support to General Manager
  • Provide account information to clients
  • Clerical duties such as handling telephones, mailing, filing and processing forms

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder with major in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law is preferred
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, fluent in Mandarin is advantageous
  • Advances Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet knowledge
  • SFC type 9 licensed person or passed HKSI Paper 1)
  • Recent / fresh graduates with pass in HKSI Paper 1 will also be considered
  • Candidates with more experience will be offered with position of higher ranking (e.g. Assistant Manager/Manager)
  • Immediate available is preferable
