•Provide technical support and troubleshooting on systems and related networking problems
•Resolve technical problems and carry out hardware equipment repair/replacement
•Implement or upgrade hardware and software according to the standards, policies and guidelines
•Maintain and revise computer standards, related setup procedures and operation manuals
•Inventory management and spare parts quality assurance
•Provide internal support to ad hoc activities as specified by superior
•Higher Certificate holders or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
•With 5 years’ experience of Information Technology services of which at least 3 years’ experience in end-user computing and technical support services position
•Experience in Mobile Device Management included MobileIron, Mac OS Administrator, Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory, MS Office 2007 and Lotus Notes
•Solid PC hardware support experience
•Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
•Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, able to speak Putonghua is preferred
