Job Description

Industry : Trading field
Working location : Kwun Tong
Working Time : Monday to Friday 09:00am-06:00pm
Benefits : 5 working days, Bank Holiday, 13-monthly salary, 14 days AL, Good opportunity for promotion
Salary offer : HK$13,000-15,000
Job Duties:

  • Report to General Manager directly
  • Execute full spectrum of administrative function
  • Preform data entry, answer incoming call for China and oversea customers.
  • Maintain filing system and assist in accounting audits report.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Degree or above in any field, welcome Business Admin, Accounting.
  • 2-3 years of experience in related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using MS application esp. Excel.
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • Positive work attitude, responsible, independently and well-organised
  • Immediately available is preferred
